Who's Jamaica's Sexiest Woman? According to to the Jamaican Observer news outlet it happens to be the gorgeous Lisa Hanna. The former Miss World 1993 becoming the third Jamaican to win the title. A member of the governing People's National Party, Hanna currently serves as Member of Parliament for Saint Ann South East and as Jamaica's Minister of Youth and Culture. I'm sure it was a tough decision as the Island is abound with the most beautiful of women in the world, but we can say that Ms. Hanna is a worthy choice.
